SMP is a multicultural program, founded by the Black Studies Department, that addresses the educational disparities of the historically underrepresented students of SUNY New Paltz. SMP develops a community of scholars and leaders who celebrate academic achievement, whilst becoming culturally competent, to develop an inclusive campus.

SUNY’s Advancing Completion through Engagement (ACE) is a comprehensive academic support program designed to help students complete their academic journey to a bachelor’s degree within two years (transfer) or four years (freshmen).

It is our privilege to support and guide military service members, veterans, and dependents during their higher education journey. We are committed to the intellectual, personal, and professional growth of all our students.
